Policies and Procedures
Cancelation and Rescheduling:
-Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours in advanced notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice, will incur a fee of $50.
-There is also a 15-minute grace period at the beginning of each appointment. If you are late to your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
-For any appointments missed due to this grace period, a rescheduling fee of $50 will be charged.
-If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time or miss the grace period and need to reschedule, you will be sent an invoice to complete the rescheduling fee before you schedule your next appointment.
Session Scheduling:
-Sessions are to be booked through Calendly in accordance with the session type you are booking. The link to book a session will be sent to you in your next Milestone within 24 hours of completing your previous session.
-Clients are responsible for booking their own sessions through the link provided to them.
Payment Plans:
-Upon completing your purchase of a session package, you agree to allow High Vibe Holonomics to automatically process each payment through our website.
-If a customer wishes to use any other payment type after their initial payment, it is the responsibility of the client to change their payment method in their account details prior to the date of their next scheduled payment.
-In the event a payment is declined, we will reach out to you via email to address the missing payment. In order to keep accountability per your payment agreement, there will be a hold put on future sessions until payments are made in full in accordance to the client’s payment plan.
-If a client’s payment fails for a monthly payment, then payment for will be re-tried an additional three times (for a total of four charge attempts) on the 3rd, 7th, and 14th day after the first attempt. If the client does not update their credit/debit card information within this time for a successful payment, then they will be automatically unenrolled from the product.
Refund Policy:
-All sales are final, and please be advised that there will be no refunds due to the nature of the time spent with each client in and outside of the protocol or program. The client agrees to complete all payments outlined in their package cost according to their payment plan.
Integrity Policy:
-At High Vibe Holonomics, we have a strong belief in integrity. We hold all our employees to this standard and ask the same of our clients so they can reach the utmost success during their time with High Vibe Holonomics. With that in mind, if a client wishes not to complete their session package in-whole, we will not issue any refunds or early termination of payment plans. You will be charged for all the agreed upon payments in your chosen payment plan.
